My main responsibility is to oversee the daily operations and schedules for Support Team, and to make sure to coordinate between our team and the Development Team to provide a more efficient post-service experience for clients. I also liaise with clients and software product vendors, and collaborate with Sales Team to integrate client-desired features in software. I was able to gain and use my knowldge in Mainframe/COBOL programming, and have completed minor enhancements of product features with development, unit, and product testing. I also have completed helpdesk tickets, assisted with account issues, and ran daily batches to apply fixes for account issues in production. I have collaborated with our offshore team (counterpart team in Chicago and Philadelpia) for product presentations with the client's Business Team.

During the first half of my tenure, I was assigned as Technical Support Specialist and reported bugs discovered in production environment or bugs reported by clients, coordinated with developers for possible code fixes, and conducted UAT for Product Release versions. Sooner, I was assigned as E-Learning Specialist and created video tutorials on how to use company's software and products such as JurisLib and JurisProbe, and created marketing materials for software products such as: posters, banners, standees, and brochures.
